Why

Most coaches understand leadership from the outside. I lived it from the inside, including what it feels like when the success you built starts to feel like a trap.

Before becoming an executive coach, I spent over a decade leading teams and managing complex stakeholder environments across countries and cultures, including senior roles at Amazon and Repsol. I progressed through multiple promotions myself and supported others to do the same.
​
I know what it’s like to carry responsibility, manage pressure, lead people through ambiguity. I also know what it feels like when that success no longer fits. That experience shapes how I coach you.

I don’t push you to do more or hand you ready-made answers. In our sessions, we slow things down, name what’s getting in the way, and build the clarity you need to move forward on your own terms.

I trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) in London and am accredited by the EMCC.
